Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0

The WCAG 2.0 can be overwhelming. This is counter-productive because a course designer who was prepared to do something, might now end up doing nothing. There's a very useful tool on the How to Meet WCAG 2.0 which narrows the quick reference down to just what you're focusing on. For example Level A Success Criteria are the basic level, Level AA is the next level up, and Level AAA is the most comprehensive. So it would make sense to narrow it to, say, Level A HTML and CSS only and make a start there. To take a staged approach like this is both pragmatic and valid.
